Shipping Policy
The 13th Colony is a small family owned shoppe, and we constantly strive to offer the best value and quality service. Shipping is an expense that nobody likes, but unfortunately there is just no way around it. We are constantly looking for different shipping options to save money for our customers and ourselves. Unlike some of our competitors that charge a monthly fee for free shipping or others that increase the price of the product, we decided to keep it simple. No gimmicks, because after all, we know our customers understand the labor, packing materials, time and gas it takes to get these wonderful wares to their homes. Every order is handled with care and researched as to the most cost effective shipping method with the necessary care needed for your items. For this purpose we do require a mailing address and shipping address if different.
Alaska, Hawaii & International Addresses
Once your order has been placed, we will invoice you through Pay Pal for the additional shipping required. At this time, you may pay the invoice to confirm the order or if you feel the additional shipping is too costly, you may cancel your order and receive a full and immediate refund.
Please Note
We regret that we cannot assist with stolen packages or packages damaged by weather. Please be sure to have your items shipped to a location that is secure and trusted. When the carrier deems the package was delivered correctly, we are unable to assist with the replacement of stolen shipments.
Some larger or heavier orders may cost more to ship than expected. When this is the case, additional shipping charges may need to be applied. We will contact you with the charges prior to shipping.
Tracking a Package
Once an order has been shipped, the date of shipment and a tracking number will be emailed to you directly from our shipping provider. Please refer to this email for any questions regarding the shipping of your package.
