Return Policy
The 13th Colony does it’s best to ensure your products arrive safely and correctly. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a store credit. Just return unused item in original packaging within 14 days after receiving your order.
Simply email us at info@the13thcolony.net for your return authorization and further instructions.
Please Note
Returns will no be accepted without return authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and unfortunately; we are unable to assist with the cost of return shipping fees with the exception of damages or errors on our part.
We do not accept returns on antiques, patterns, kits, seasonal merchandise, sale items, or when stated in product description.
Damages or Defects
It is important to note that many of our items are hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind pieces; so colors, or finishes may vary. If your order is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect; please notify us within 3 days from receipt of package. This will ensure complete replacement of the damaged, defective, incorrect item(s) at no additional cost to you.
Please keep all packaging, and product. Take as many pictures as possible; damage to box, inside contents, packaging materials and damage of product. All packages and packing material must be saved. All damaged, defective or incorrect items authorized for return must be packaged in their original shipping carton with the enclosed packing slip. A return authorization form is required.
