RETURNS: you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. If your order qualifies, you will receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product(s) back within 10 days of date you received order. Once item(s) are received in original condition, we will issue a store credit.
No returns on antiques, seasonal merchandise, special orders or sale items.

Returns will not be accepted without return authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and unfortunately; we are unable to assist with the cost of return shipping fees.

DAMAGES:
It is important to note that many of our items are hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind pieces; so colors, or finishes may vary. If your order is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect; you must notify us within 3 days from receipt of package. This will ensure complete replacement of the damaged, defective, incorrect item(s) at no additional cost to you.
Please keep all packaging, and product. Take as many pictures as possible; damage to box, inside contents, packaging materials and damage of product. All packages and packing material must be saved. All damaged, defective or incorrect items authorized for return must be packaged in their original shipping carton with the enclosed packing slip. A return authorization form is required.
