I have no idea how old this is but I think it’s charming, I would guess 1950’s.
Circus Wagon is all wood with a metal tongue, giraffe is plastic but has a great old look.
Wagon is 10″ long (15.5″ if you include the tongue) x 6.25″ wide x 6.25″ high (9″ if you include the giraffe)
Giraffe is missing part of a leg and he does not come out of wagon. The wagon must have been built around him!!
